Welcome to Grade 5 Mathematics at “Strive to Learn,” where we follow the Ontario curriculum to provide a comprehensive understanding of math concepts tailored for your child. Our course is thoughtfully designed to align with the Ontario Elementary Mathematics Curriculum for Grade 5, ensuring students develop proficiency in essential areas.
Through interactive lessons and stimulating activities inspired by the Ontario curriculum, students will explore number sense and numeration, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and decimals, fractions, patterns and relationships, geometry and spatial sense, data management and probability, and financial literacy.
At “Strive to Learn,” we prioritize personalized learning. Before the first lesson, parents collaborate with our tutors to create a customized tuition plan. This plan empowers parents to play an active role in shaping their child’s educational journey by selecting specific lessons and activities tailored to their child’s unique learning needs and interests.
